The best news of 2018 from the Rolling Stock Trust…..! We are on our way big time with our next restoration project, Barnum saloon no.228! Thanks to amazing woodworking skills – machining and profiling teak boards for cladding of internal and external body sides – a dramatic advance is in the offing. And if you are ready to see or help why not call into the Nottingham Heritage Centre on Sunday next 14 January at 10am. Tell Roger Penson or Kate Tilley you are coming (or drop us a message on here) – and we will even fix you a home-made steakpie lunch with a cuppa on the house, in the Canteen up at Ruddington. That is AGM day too at 12.00 hours but in the afternoon from 14.00 hours you are welcome to join the planning meet, hear what we have in mind and, if you are convinced, come and be a member of the restoration team – even just once a month would be great! See you? LET US KNOW!
