Greetings Carriage Lovers…!
We invite you to join our AGM at no cost to you on Zoom. Our Kate is opening the Meeting for us at 12.00 hours this coming Sunday 27 February.
We have a short formal business but then explore how we are setting out to restore the original carriages in our care. Yes, we do need lots of help – as does the whole of the GGCR project – the Bridges Repair appeal and the continuing Bridging the Gap to complete the reconnection.
Our Rolling Stock Trust has a vital part in the recording the history of GCR, with restoring our eight vintage passenger vehicles to running order. We must have a dedicated workshop as well as access to the former GCR main line so that, well in the future, we will expect to operate an authentic traditional GCR passenger train set.
