Welcome to our 2nd Newsletter of the year. Following our aim to provide members of our “Friends of GCR RST” with regular up-dates on restoration progress, we are delighted to say that – following much highly appreciated attention to the bogies from Barnum 228, these have been refitted. We no longer have a ‘teak shed’ on stilts. This fills us with excitement that we are now working on an actual carriage!
